Our Approach in Working with Government
The idea is to collaborate on a shared purpose – the national will and urgency to transform lives – driven by
a clear political mandate in a democratic manner. This shapes our role as a conscientious citizen and
development actor – bringing insights, evidence and experiences from the community into action that has
real impact for the community.

Our engagement, which varies according to the situation and government units
involved, broadly includes:

Design a development narrative to Support the review of how things are working
galvanise action on a given mandate and implement best action steps from the lens
of community well-being

Create program design and Facilitation, support and creation of capacities
implementation guidelines focused on powered by new systems, processes, tools and
efficacious frontline action ways of working

Demonstrating our commitment to be the
change within the available resources
