Key Infrastructure and Service Improvements
in LWE Districts
Infrastructure and Service improvement through effective planning and implementation of Special
Central Assistance Scheme of Ministry of Home Affairs
The districts effectively planned more than 11,000 development Projects deploying INR 3000 crore, there
has been a shift from core infrastructure spending to Livelihoods, Health, Education sector spending. As
per the data available in the SCA-MIS, out of the 11,013 project planned, 8377 projects have been
completed. The sectoral allocation of projects other than core infrastructure is 30%
