Key Projects for Improving Status of Basic Infrastructure
Basic infrastructure is given 10% weightage under the program. The District line departments were
supported in identifying basic infrastructure needs like PMGSY road, PMAY-Housing, Drinking water
supply etc by way of analysis of existing scheme coverage. Largely ADFs supported in two critical areas i.e
creation of common service centre to provide basic e-Governance application access and internet
connectivity in hard to reach areas. Following are the list of projects planned and implemented with
             support from ADFs:

             skill training.

Support to Districts in Data Governance

Data driven Governance is one of the key approaches in the TADP program to ensure performance
tracking and competition among the districts. For helping the districts in making use of the program data,
             three key support was provided:

departments on indicators, analysis highlighting dive indicator wise progress
data points, calculation indicators that require at block level and support
methodology and frequency close attention of districts blocks to perform better, so
of data flow and reporting as to increase the district
                                                                                 performance
