- Started a culture of regular ward meeting of ward members.
- The problems discussed during the ward meeting are brought to the panchayat.
- During his tenure he created awareness about education and now 100% attendance of student appearing in School.
- His dream is to become sarpanch and positively contribute on awareness generation in different sector, education & health.
