Mr. Manoj Kumar Shrivastava
Mr. Manoj Kumar Shrivastava is a 1987 batch retired IAS officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He was retired in April 2021 from the post of Additional Chief Secretary of Dept. of Panchayati Raj & Rural Development. He has served in various departments and positions in Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Manoj Shrivastava has been honoured by the Swami Vivekanand Award which was given by the prestigious Central Hindi Institute. He has also been awarded the International Aviation Award by the 'International Council for Cultural Relations and Nehru Centre', South Banks, London. At present, he is the chief editor of the literary magazine 'Akshara', published from the Hindi Bhawan of the Rashtrabhasha Prachar Samiti established by Mahatma Gandhi. In the literary field, 38 books have been written and published by him. Apart from this, he has also been honoured with the highest literary award 'Kabir Samman' by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
