The Techno-commercial role in Cars- Customer Support in Jharkhand involved single handed responsibility for the entire state at very early stage of career. The role and locations have also been much diversified – from Sales at Ahmedabad and Jaipur, Customer Support (PCBU) for Jharkhand state, Plant-HR role at Jamshedpur, Strategy and Finance role at Dharwad, Technical projects in Pune, International Business role at Seoul, Korea and presently all India Marketing for Intermediate and Medium trucks at Mumbai.
The exposure to product knowledge has been all round - from Passenger vehicles, Commercial vehicles, Tata Markopolos Buses and TDCV Korea’s (under Daewoo brand) domestic and export -Medium and Heavy commercial vehicles
The role at International Business sales, marketing and business development allowed exposure to multiple work cultures and markets in parallel. The diversity among middle East markets like Iraq, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon and also very challenging European environment market –Turkey was well handled with sales operations from Korea, with Korean colleagues.
