Previously, Ashok worked at Professional Assistance for Development Action (PRADAN), where he played a crucial role in integrating agriculture with the Integrated Natural Resource Management (INRM) Programme. Through this work, he contributed to the implementation of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, combining research and practical approaches to address the challenges faced by farmers.
Ashok specializes in community-managed micro-lift irrigation, Women's Self-Help groups, and anchoring research programs with international organizations.
