Anand Sinha is the India Country Advisor at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation where he supports the Reproductive Health program in South Asia, encompassing access to safe abortion, high-quality family planning services and comprehensive sexuality education.

He has over two decades of experience in RMNCH in India in public health marketing, communications, market research, strategic planning, and program management. He has substantial experience in engaging the private sector in public health and implementing private sector partnerships in health projects.

Before joining the Packard Foundation in 2014, Anand was a Senior Program Officer with the Gates Foundation where he led the integrated health initiative in Bihar, India. Previously, he also served as the Country Director at Abt Associates which focuses on using evidence and cutting-edge methods to improve the lives and economic well-being of people worldwide.
